He furthered his education with a six-year integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Missouri Medical Center in Columbia, where he honed his skills and expertise in various aspects of plastic surgery. Dr. Eagan's dedication to education, excellence, and leadership is evident in his co-founding of Saint Luke's Plastic Surgery Specialists, where he served as Medical Director until 2021, when he went private to establish Ascentist Plastic Surgery with Dr. Markey, and his Kansas City Plastic Surgery Society presidency.
