How does BBL Treatment Work?

BroadBand Light is a highly effective and fully adaptable tool that can treat a wide variety of skin conditions. Our highly trained team begins by listening to your needs, evaluating your skin profile, and creating a customized treatment plan that will achieve your desired goals.

Treatment is delivered BBL is a treatment process that starts with an evaluation and initial treatment in the spa-like setting of our luxurious state-of-the-art clinic. Your needs will be met and your comfort ensured at all times by our caring and professional team. Post-treatment evaluations will determine how many sessions will be needed and how frequently they will be scheduled. BBL typically involves three to six sessions that are scheduled every three to four weeks. Results may be visible within a few days after the first treatment and will continue to improve after just a few sessions.

What Results Should I Expect After Treatment?

Immediately after the treatment you will experience some minor redness which typically lasts only a few hours. Over time, your body will continue to repair and revitalize the treated areas of skin, leaving your skin looking amazing.

Allura® laser assisted liposuction from Sciton™, is able to reduce unwanted fullness and heaviness from below the chin and tighten loose skin to restore a sharp angle of the neck and crisp jawline without anesthesia, lengthy incisions, or prolonged downtime.

Allura® combines cutting edge laser technology with tried-and-true traditional liposuction techniques to contour the neck and achieve lasting rejuvenation.

The procedure involves three key steps:

• Carefully liquefying the excess fat in the neck and chin with the Sciton™ Allura® laser probe via minimally invasive techniques.
• Removing the fat from the neck and chin via liposuction.
• Tightening the skin’s deep surface via laser-produced thermal energy to contour below the jawline.

The procedure does not require anesthesia and patients can drive home immediately after. To reduce swelling, patients are asked to wear a compressing dressing overnight.  One to three small ports are hidden in the skin creases to allow for laser probe access and to heal imperceptibly.  Finally, massaging flowering plant extract Arnica Montana, taking non-steroidal medications like ibuprofen or Tylenol, and icing is helpful the first week to reduce swelling and achieve a rejuvenated result more quickly.
