Description: Trimming of the excess skin was performed along with resuspension of the facial soft tissues, tightening of the neck muscles, and excision and liposuction of the neck fat.

Procedure: Midline direct facelift, upper blepharoplasty

Description: Excision of skin and submental fullness performed directly to tighten the neckline and restore a youthful contour.  An upper blepharoplasty was performed concurrently to rejuvenate the upper eyelids.

Description: Deep plane facelift performed to robustly elevate the soft tissues of the face and neck. The redundant skin is then trimmed carefully.  The platysma muscle is tightened and sutured together in the midline. An upper blepharoplasty is also performed to rejuvenate the upper eyelids.
