In his own words...
Why Facial Plastic Surgery?
“I chose this field because of my early interest in the creative sciences – as a former architecture student and musician. This translated to an interest in the creative and spatial side of surgery. As I studied medicine and trained as a surgeon, from my hometown Kansas City to San Francisco to New York City, I found that Facial Plastic Surgery allowed me to hone my surgical skills with creativity along with the compassion and empathy requisite for every good physician. Practicing in this field demands that I carefully and precisely design the ideal result in partnership with my patients while using the most novel, efficient techniques available. It was a perfect choice for me. Hopefully my patients come to see how much my staff and I love our practice when they come to visit us in clinic.”
Why Kansas City?
“Returning home to Kansas City after training and practicing elsewhere was one of the best decisions I’ve made – personally and professionally. The care provided by the Ascentist Physicians Group is more innovative, more detail-oriented, and – most importantly – more patient focused than anywhere I’ve practiced. Our hometown of Kansas City is becoming more vibrant and diverse everyday. Meeting and treating the people of my hometown is truly one of the greatest satisfactions of my career.”
